a) Desired Volume: If you want a natural volume boost, you might need 1 set (40 pieces). If you want Vava-Voom look 2 to 3 sets are appropriate for your full and voluminous look. (80+ pieces) 

b) Desired Length: If you desire length as well as volume, consider the difference between your current hair length and the desired length. For a full-head application, you may need 2 sets (80 pieces) so as to not have any gaps or see thru spots at the ends of your hair.

c) Hair Thickness: The thickness of your natural hair also plays a role. If you have thin hair, you may need fewer sets, while those with thicker hair might require more sets for a seamless blend.

Maintenance Tips:

1. Gentle Brushing: Use a soft-bristle brush to gently detangle your extensions, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. Avoid tugging or pulling, as it may cause damage.

2. Regular Washing: Wash your tape-in extensions with a sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner. Be gentle while washing, and avoid rubbing the tapes directly. Shampoo is important to remove product and oil build up on the scalp to prevent premature slipping of the tapes. Only apply conditioner directly to your extensions (below the tape-in bond) while detangling especially for the curly and kinky textures. Ensure your hair and roots are thoroughly dried before styling.

3. Moisturize: Apply a leave-in conditioner or hair serum to keep your extensions hydrated and lustrous.
